Robert K. Born on August 7, in Philipsburg, he was a son of J. Donald and Elizabeth Stahl Dunsmore. Dunsmore was employed at Oswayo Valley High School in Shinglehouse from through and at Bolivar Central School from until his retirement in He taught Phys. Dunsmore loved spending time with his entire family. He loved attending their sporting events, vacationing together at Rehoboth Beach, and playing card games, especially Euchre. Dunsmore enjoyed many years of traveling around the country competing in horseshoe tournaments. Bob also ran horseshoe leagues and tournaments in Shinglehouse and Bolivar, NY.
Dunsmore was a member of St. Theresa Roman Catholic Church in Shinglehouse. He was easily recognized traveling throughout the area with his wife in his ature blue Dodge Omni. In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by a brother, David Dunsmore; and a nephew, Richard Barnett. Friends are invited to call on Tuesday from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 9 pm at the Virgil L.
